Hi All, We are settling in to life here in Southern Ecuador. In a month or so I will do a write up about our time here so far. We live 10 km from town in a nice rural environment. We go for walks every day, usually before breakfast. The Yangana River is down below us, and I go there every day. We also walk the road. Everywhere we walk we see flowers, so we took pics of them the other day, and you will recognize a few. Certain flowers that one can purchase in a store in higher latitudes grow wild here such as Impatiens, Coleus, Geraniums, Lantana, and Snapdragons. Poinsettias are small trees here. The cacti as well can have flowers. It is quite nice to be surrounded each day with plenty of them, and so we hope you will enjoy them - from us to you.
